Claude Projects: give the AI your company's memory

The single highest-leverage five minutes in AI for business: create a Project and upload your context — services and pricing, tone examples, policies, FAQ. Every chat inside the project starts already knowing your business.

What goes in a good project:

• A one-page company brief (what you sell, to whom, what makes you different)
• Pricing and packages, current versions of your standard documents
• Three examples of customer communication in the voice you want

Then set custom instructions — the standing orders: "Always ask before assuming budget. British spelling. Never promise delivery dates."

The difference is immediate: answers reference your actual prices and sound like your company. Update the files when reality changes — an AI with last year's price list is worse than none. One project per distinct area (sales, support, internal ops) keeps contexts clean.
